The Search

Once you’re prepared for the hunt, we’re with you every step of the way. On market listings are found in dozens of places and can be overwhelming. We utilize tools and processes to make sure you don’t miss an opportunity without having to scour the internet a gazillion times per day. Further, just because a home isn’t listed doesn’t mean it can’t be purchased. We typically have knowledge of off-market properties that could be purchased and engage in strategic marketing efforts towards potential sellers once you have determined your CCC (Crystal Clear Criteria).

Once you’ve found the perfect house, we prepare the purchase offer and work with the listing agent on negotiating all terms. Contract to Closing!

You’re under contract and almost home! In this phase of the purchasing process, we are dotting I’s and crossing T’s to make sure you are protected in all the final steps.
